Very pretty! Very nice tank plantings. I tossed two moss balls in with our betta but I see that I could have made more effort.

Yeah, seriously, how did you get such great clear photos? what kind of camera do you use??

I love your betta and the water plant on the bottom. I've seen such dark betta but it had rather large body with very short tail, just like really big ugly female betta. lol I think it was called King type. not sure.
I really like the shape of the fins on yours and how it's blue inbetween the dark vein area.

My favorite color on betta is blue with some red/purple on the fins, and I have one. haven't been able to take good photos though.
It is double crowntail. The fins are all very full without any sawtoothed effect with the exception of the dorsal fin.

thanks! like i said above, clean glass and LOTS of light! see the diagram below.. i shoot with a nikon d90. these images were lit with a nikon sb-600 and the lens i used is a nikkor 18-200 vr

yeah this guy is awesome! i got him fro a friend who is a breeder. The "king" type i believe is the petstore name for a giant betta. which are awesome
