i know alot of people who are members there! (do you know msjinkzd? she is a mod or admin i think) its terrible that an energy drink company doesnt have something better to do then pick on internet forums!

Call their bluffs....go to court and if they think they can threaten you...it comes both ways they will also pay for lawyers fees if they lose.
You started 2005 and they started 2007...you have a fight....go to corporate lawyers graduate school in Universities who will do it 'pro-buono' they have fresh minds and sharper up to date grasp fighting chance.

Monster Beverage should be ashamed of their frivolous claims of trademark infringement against MonsterFishKeepers.com. Your assertions that their use of their rightful trademark will result in confusion in the marketplace is utterly ridiculous and betrays an incredible ignorance of trademark law. I will certainly never again purchase your Monster Energy products if you persist in this bullying behavior.

Yes, Bob, I have read msjinkzd's posts there. It is one of the most informative sites on freshwater carnivorous and/or odd species, eg, Arowana or lungfish.

If you were established first, they are stealing your name. Plus, can they really take a common word for their own? You don't have the exact name. There is a Swedish city with a similar name (don't know the meaning, has a few accent marks)...will they go after them next? If your site had the name first, they must pay you if they wish you to stop using the name. And the name isn't exactly the same...what case do they have?

The only similarity is the use of the word 'Monster' in both entities....
they better have a lot of money for litigations because if you google the word 'monster' it has thousands of companies, stores and corporations with the word 'Monster' in its titles in Australia alone....what about the other countries?....they dont have a fighting chance
