A baby snake ?

Actually I do not know where to put?
A baby snake came to our neighbors patio.
When the sister saw it disappeared into a nearby palm bush.
We uprooted the bush but no snake to be found .
When the cousin chopped the bush the little baby snake
was chopped too and the dark black -ash baby was
crawling.
Snakes hood was very pretty.
