Default Sharing a little happiness...this time!

When Bunny passed away, I immediately started looking for another Persian. Every one I looked at, only broke my heart more and thought that I needed to wait a couple of months before I adopted another but then..................

this past Saturday, I met a breeder who decided she was getting too old to stay in the business and she no longer could keep up with all the work involved. I took one look at this pretty girl and said, "I want her."

I took her home today and it's been the best medicine/band-aide for this broken heart. She's working her magic on me. She's very sweet, trusting, loves being held but staying under the vanity in the bathroom I've given her until she feels like venturing out to meet Lilly (my other cat) and Annie, the doggie.

I don't have a name for her yet but I'm thinking of, "Bridgette". Any suggestions for a name would be welcome!

Anyway, here's my new girl. She's a little thing, maybe 7 lbs. She was born 07/27/07

Sue, I knew you would be happy for me. Thank You

I'm also thinking of the name, "Goldie."

Here are some more pics from my new 'brag' book.

What a cutie! I'm so pleased for you Sandy. Nothing like a sweet little kitten to ease a broken heart. I hope she'll enjoy your orchids too!

Hmmmm, "Joy".....I like it, Gloria. Oddly, when I said goodbye to Bunny, I told her, "you've been my biggest joy."

OK, so now I'm thinking, Bridgette or Goldie or Joy. This is going to be to tough!
