Default Rainbow Bridge

Just today we had to say goodbye to our eight-year old cat, Kimmy, who has been suffering for some time with diabetes. In spite of our efforts she wasn't improving. We are heartbroken of course but happened to stumble on the recent posting by Sandy and the responses. Thank you Susanne for Rainbow Bridge. It was new to me and really struck a comforting note.

From one broken hearted to another, my sincere condolences to you.

The older I get the harder it is to lose my fur companions, but my life would have been so much less without all of them. Everything that is grace and love I've learned mostly from them. Be comforted that they took supreme joy in being your friend!
