I'm very very sorry for your lose. I took a kitten in to be neutered and he never came home too. I took him to a low budget place, where they discount the price for these types of services. NEVER AGAIN will I use these type's of places. I can Honestly say that getting another one is the best medicine

I am so sorry. I know you both are just heartbroken and so sad.
When you can bear to think on it. . .know that the best thing you can do for healing and happiness is adopt a new kitten, or two!

Paul,
Having a fondness for cats myself...we have 2 adoptees from a cat rescue in Maryland...I can't imagine what you are going through right now.
Know that you and your partner are in my thoughts as you face this difficult time, and I pray that your grief is short lived.
I hope that the two of you can find some peace in the days to come.

Paul, I don't know how I missed this but I did, until tonight.
I'm so very sorry for the hurt and tears this has caused you and your partner. What a shame and disgrace for such a thing to happen to a young cat.
But I'm grateful for people like you with kind and generous hearts, tender enough to give a foundling kitten love and a home. You will be rewarded!!
Perhaps another lost and hungry bundle of love and fur will find it's way to you. I hope so. There's no replacing your baby, I know, but so many are needy.
I'm truly sorry for your loss.

Paul, I am sooooooo very very sorry
I feel your pain soooo very much!! I hurt for you and your partner.
I have am a kitty lover too. Only have one left, Baby Girl. I lost my boy Cowie of 20 yrs, 3 yrs ago, coming out of surgery as well. Not breathing on his own, while coming out of anesteshia. When I got there in panic, he had an oxygen mask on, as that was the only thing keeping him alive. I still cry when I think of him.
I will keep your hearts in my prayers, hoping you heal, but never forget...

I know the feeling you must have, i lost my first cat last year just before Christmas, I came home and someone had hit her with a car.
Its real hard but the only thing you can do to really find peace is to remember those times when you were truly happy.
I now have another cat but still, I remember from time to time, hopefully one day you will find a way to fill the void.
My condolences on your loss.
