Our bassets are Trudy (red & white) about 9 and a rescue from SC. Cash (tricolor) is a champion from NY and he is about 6. Life is better with bassets...

Hello, Trudy and Cash! Life is indeed better with dogs, and though my two are not Bassets, I do have a Basset niece and nephew. They're great dogs.

They are really adorable!
I do not have bassets, either, but the pups we do have bring us so much joy.

I had a friend (since lost touch) with three Bassets and they were always very affectionate and sweet. A handful due to their…robustness, but always a good time!
