RJ - I have that same woodpecker at my bird feeder every day!

we used to see a lot of the red headed wood peckers but they are just about gone. These are ladderback woodpeckers, very small in comparison.

I took down an old maple and most of the peckers left, wasnt nothing left to peck on :)
