Is my Phal salvageable?

Ok so here's the background. Had a family event and someone accidentally broke a leaf on my Phal. It was hanging off so I decided to go ahead and finish taking it completely off. After about a week I noticed a rot forming where it was cut. The leaves now droop down. I cut the spike this morning as it was time and put cinnamon on the spike to prevent further infection. I have attached pictures of the plant and its neighbors to show the difference in the leaves. Is it salvageable?

Some of the brown on the leaf and on top of the rot is cinnamon.

From the looks of the leaves, the problem is with the roots, not the issue with the leaf being broken. I wouldn't worry too much about what happened at that leaf break point, just make sure that it doesn't spread. However, I would check out the roots, as it appears the plant is having hydration issues, given the limpness.

So you don't think the rot is cause for concern? I have been meaning to repot it once I cut the spike as the bark it came with is having a hard time keep moisture. I was thinking of using moss instead.

Rot is the biggest concern for anything!
It looks rather dry though. If it is wet and spreading, then it's on its way down. There are a few things you can try though, although there's no guaruntee that any attempt will cure your plant.

So, is it spreading or is it just dark and dry?

A few helpful things that I recommend is, pouring hydrogen peroxide on the rot area. Repeat this every 3 days or so. Keep a close eye on the dark spot to make sure it's not spreading.

Stop misting the leaves as extra moisture on the wound is always a ticket to rot or fungal problems.

Your two other phals look very healthy while the one in the center looks dehydrated as someone above mentioned.
You could repot in moss, but bark is also fine. You just have to soak the whole pot in water and leave it like that for ten minutes or so (I soak mine half an hour or longer when I forget lol ).
Moss maintains moisture better, but if you are not careful, root rot is all to common to phals or any orchids potted in moss.
