Try Physan or a chemical fungicide. Baking soda has its limits, it only works well in very mild infections. Rubbing alcohol does not have fungicidal properties as far as I know of.

Letting the pots get drier between waterings unfortunately won't help, fungus can survive inhospitable conditions as sclerotia, then 'germinate' again under more favorable conditions.

Yeah the reason I used the rubbing alcohol is because it dries out the mold when its in the spore producing stage. Its to prevent it from spreading but clearly that hasnt worked lol. I'll see what kind of fungicide I can get my hands on. Thanks
