Just got a grammcym in rough shape, is this sunburn or an infection?

I just ordered a few orchids online, and the grammcym "Lovely Melody" I got is in poor shape. It has missing leaf tips and burn spots, along with these black spots. I can't tell if it is an infection of some kind, or if it's a characteristic of sunburn for this hybrid. Help?
