Default Flower Rot???

I have been seeing this on some older flowers, but these are new. What is this? I have been keeping water off of the blooms, but...

It looks like something has been snacking on it . Slug? Palmetto ? I am guessing you grow outdoors
so would not be a bacterial leaf spot problem due to lack of air movement . Gin

I do grow outdoors. Dry too. I wish I had higher humidity. I am certain it is not roaches. Trust me. Aphids? Not when I am looking. What else would do this that might come and go unnoticed?
