They look like bruising but the little circles might be scale.
I'm no expert just my opinion.

I don` think it`s scale because I don`t see any of bugs on the leafs. It rather seems like mechanical injury.

Looks to me like it's just cuts and bruises, as Ranchnanny said. Nothing serious, I wouldn't worry about it.

Mechanical damage... the round dots might be caused by drops on the leaf during sun shine. Nothing to worry at all.

Yeah. that`s possible. I spray it every morning with water, even on leafs. Maybe that`s the reason. Thank you very much!
