Phal. Hybrid has yellow spots on leaves.

I'm new at growing orchids and I have a problem with my Phal.noid. I notist some yellow spots on top of the leaves. Also some of the under side of the leaves have some round grayish indentation looking spots. Here are some pictures of them. Could please help me?

I'm not totally sure, but they look a lot like scale damage. Maybe someone else can say for sure.
