Mold
I recently deflasked some paphs that had developed some mold inside the flask. I washed it off before potting up with warm water. I noticed today (about six days after potting) that the top layer of the media (chc mix) in some of the pots (not all) has some white mold growing. It is not growing on any of the plants themselves and is not all over One of the attached picture shows it growing on a dead leaf. It is not mealy bug. I have good air circulation and general growing conditions.
Can anyone confirm what this is? Do I need to treat it or leave it alone. It is very ligtht and fluffy, I have put it under a magnifier to get the pics.
