White "mold" on bottom leaf

This morning I checked out the orchids that are standing in the garage.

I noticed one of them had a sort of white "mold" on the foot of the leaf (see attachments)

Should I worry? When I flip over the edge of the leaf it's nice and green. The other side of the leaf also looks normal.

Hi Anthony,
if this is mold (hard to say from the pictures) I would say: increase air movement and keep the top layer of the medium dry for a while.

Yeah, it's hard to tell from the pic, but it it's mold then good air movement should help.
