Strange black spots on catt

I just pulled the papery stuff off the pseudobulb and found these 2 black spots. They are very shiney, not wet looking, but shiney like metal. Very strange looking. Does anyone know what this could be?

Calluses from damage done a while ago? Not sure.

Looks like past mechanical damage of some sort, possibly insect-related, and nothing to be concerned about, especially as healthy as the plant appears to be otherwise.
