Identify this leaf (disease) or what is this?
Default Identify this leaf (disease) photo reposted again

I have a number of phals and as of late have been concerned with this light colored area on one of the new leaves. It is also slightly indented or sunken in area. What is this? Is this the start of a disease or something? helps appreciated. I hope the photo goes along with this post? I could try a light behind the leaf if this is not visible enough etc.
