It looks fine.

Think about leaves in terms of pointillism painting, there are a lot of colors that make up the leaf. High light and genetics account for most of red/purple/brown spots. Sometimes the colors are graduated, sometimes they happen in spots.

And most likely, the color will graduate out or even completely fade away as it grows.

I personally like high anthrocyanin (purple-red pigments) leaves so some of my plants get threshold light.

Phals are low-light, shade plants. Most develop this kind of pigmentation in light that is higher than necessary. It doesn't hurt the plant at all.
