The leaf looks broken. Then fungus may have entered. The smaller leaf might be too much light. I would take it out of the terrarium and cut the broken leaf below the bad area. Put powdered cinnamon on the cut to prevent fungus. Keep it out of the high humidity for a few days, but keep watering it.
