Irregular leaf growth (wrinkled)

Hello everyone,
Dont know if this is the right forum to place it, but here it goes. I've been noticing from the last years that some plants give some "wrinkled leafs" or structures while growing. At first I thought it had to be that the leafs got bumped up if they grew to tight to something else (like a rock or the edge of the pot or even in between bulbs) since I didn't really notice something from the beginning. But now with my restrepia it has happened already 3 times while growing and i has plenty of space to grow to say it bumped into something. The leafs end up straightening and growing up but sometimes they dont, such as the prostechea in the image attached. Ive also seen in arundina bambusifolias, and with one of my lycastes. Could someone advice?
