Default Zigopetalum spotted leaves

Hello, my friends

As you know, zigo's are prone to get their leaves spotted due to water sitting on them.
Although I've always been careful to water only the medium, the leaves are progressively getting spotted.
I think this is because of plant's transpiration. The water from this process doesn't evaporate fast enough and stays on the leaves long enough for this to happen.

What do you think? Can this be an explanation? Or this is a disease instead?
The room where it's growing is approx. 53,6 to 59 F (12 to 15 ºC) and HR around 65%.

Here are some photos:

You may have a fungal infection started here. Spray for that and also see if you can get your daytime high over 60F. Worked for me.

Almost every plant gets wet leaves from time to time in habitat. Many orchids do look like heck in the wild, but I don't think water on leaves is an adequate explanation for spotting.
