What's wrong with my Cycnodes x Cycnoches? - Orchid Board

Actually, it's labeled Cycnodes Taiwan Gold x Cycnoches Warscewiczii.

It has this funny raised "pebble" pattern on the leaves. It started around July and is now on most of the leaves. The plant still seems healthy, it just finished flowering, but it felt as if the flowers didn't last as long as when I bought it last September (they lasted one month this year, is that normal?). It should also be mentioned that this year's p.bulb is about 3/4 the size of last year's, but I am willing to put that down to me getting used to it's culture (it's my first of this alliance). Anyway, I attached pictures, and I would love to move it back to my GH for its rest, but first I need you guys to tell me it what this is and if it can hurt my other babies... Thanks

I can see them on my computer, but not on my ipad... Sorry guys I don't know how to fix this, I'm just going to try posting them again, please let me know if you see them.

I can see the photos on my computer.
Flowers lasting one month is pretty good, indicating a strong plant.
I know this pattern on the leaves, but I cannot tell you the exact reason. My non scientific assumption is some kind of disorder concerning cell growth. It might be associated with growing conditions like watering and fertilizing. I have never observed dangerous effects to this or any other plant. As leaves are deciduous, it doesn't leave the plant unsightly.
Notwithstanding the above I would check the underside of leaves for spider mites and thrips on a regular basis.

I can see the pics now. Ditto euplusia's comment about having noticed it on some but it was never a problem.

If your flowers are lasting a month...that is very good. I find many are more short-lived than that so you're doing perfectly fine.

Thanks guys, I was so worried, this is the only plant I have from this alliance, so I really don't want to lose it.
