Default What could these very tiny bugs be

A friend has three phals, recently repotted. One of them has some extremely tiny insects running around in the potting mix. There are none in the other two plants. They don't seem to be on the plant itself. If you can answer the question or point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it so I can advise my friend. Thanks

Almost impossible to do. They move very fast in and out of the medium and as I said, they are very tiny and very hard to see because of their size and movements.
