Default Rubbing Alcohol Management Strategy

Concerning the rubbing alcohol and soap spray described in the Management and Control section: A senior member, Bud, recommended in another thread a concentration of 12 drops of dish soap for 2 cups of water. Bud also recommended the addition of 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon extract but did not include rubbing alcohol in his mix. Personally, I feel like the alcohol should be diluted down to around 20% to minimize the evaporate cooling effect but still be effective, but I have no data to back this claim up :-)

Thanks!

I have used "straight" 70% rubbing alcohol on foliage (out of any wind) with no adverse effects
