Phalaenopsis leaves keep falling off

I have this Phalaenopsis orchid that I’ve had for a year now and the leaves have recently began falling off. I first suspected it was crown rot, but the leaves are not falling off starting at the top. The first leaves to fall off were the second set of ones coming up from the roots. Currently, only the bottom and top set of leaves remain. Does anyone know what this might be or what is causing it? And if it is crown rot, I could use some more insight on how to deal with it.
