Default Help with identification of leaf spotting

Hi, all, been trying to grow Phalaneopsis for years, and this is my first attempt at being serious about it and building a collection. I love the great information on this board that I’ve been reading.
I’m attaching some photos of a spotting problem on some of the leaves of this Phal that I’ve had since purchasing in December. I bought it from Norman’s Orchids (I know, I was warned! I saw bad comments, but I really wanted certain plants). Overall, the plant seems to be doing well and is flowering very well, but these spots seem to never go away and have grown slightly larger. It’s also started to produce a keiki, which might be indicating it’s under stress.
Can anyone identify what might be causing the spots and if it’s going to turn into something serious that kills the plant? So far it otherwise seems healthy.
