I'd just quarantine and keep an eye on it. If you are worried about virus, I don't think so. Could be a fungal issue, the mottling could be a mineral deficiency.

Then it may be fungus invading insect punctures. I suggest contacting a local orchid society. Motes Orchids has a monthly E-mail newsletter discussing that month's orchid care, and they discuss fungus issues.
