What are these spots? Google is no help. Roots look great, don't see pests 🤷*♀️

What are your growing conditions? Any chance you could have splashed cold or hot water on the leaves? Or could they be sunburned?

Orange spots on novelty phal tong yi yu shiou

This phal arrived to me like this. BUT the orange spots have grown a little bit.

I received it July 26 and the spots like I said have grown, and become more orange. My temps are between 23-26 currently, humidity between 40-60. Under artificial light. I've never gotten water on this one's leaves. I've rubbed the leaf with safers 3-1 when I received it and just recently physan 20 :/
