I received a dendrobium Joyce Kelly one week ago. I noticed a few spots on leaves and hoped it was due to shipping stress.

And today I find this (pic attached). I'm having some panic, as I don't want to infect my other plants, but I don't think this is healthy at all.

Can anyone ID this? I have a few ideas, but I haven't narrowed it down. I also am fairly confident this plant arrived in this condition, but I'd like to know if anyone has any other thoughts.

I appreciate the help. Thanks for helping me through my plant drama.

Purely a guess that it might be a shipping injury now succumbing to bacterial rot of some sort.
I don't think I'd be alarmed (though cautious). Just keep an eye on it for spreading, you do have in quarantine, right ?

Yes, though, as a precaution, I have trimmed and disposed of the affected leaves, too.

Likely got too cold in shipping. Keep it as warm as you can.
