Default I'm still don't know what's wrong with my orchid or what more to do to help it 😩

Now that it's been properly potted for a little bit it appeared to be doing better and sprouted the new leaf but now the new leaf has the weird dumpling like the other leaves so that makes me think something must still be wrong with it but I don't know what's causing it or what more I can do to help the plant? Thanks so much for all the help y'all have provided me this far, I really hope with a bit more help that I can keep this plant going!

Could be mite damage. If you’ve recently completed a treatment protocol, it could be old damage that’s finally growing out. Mites are so small they can get down into the crown and damage the growth point before the new leaf is visible. The new leaf will grow out with the damage. If you haven’t checked for mites, it’s time to.
Could also be edema. Hard to say.

The cost of a new phalaenopsis is less than the time and money you will invest to make it a good looking plant.

If you have repotted this orchid just before the new leaf is coming out, the leaf of the orchid can become abit disoriented and wobbly. It's because the orchid itself have not established in the new media yet before it can shoot out the leaf. While your condition may have became a bit more suitable for it, it is still not used to it. As long as there is no actual damage like leaf dropping or abandoning roots then I think it will get back on track in time. These could be the reasons as it has happened to me before.

I suspect some sort of pest damage.

meh, i dunno. any mites we have found (and we’ve had our bouts) have been more visible than to cause this extent of damage. that’s half a leaf (a big leaf) that’s showing signs and if you look at your plant with any regularity you must have noticed mites that would have done that amount of damage. its true that mite will harbor on the bottom of leaves sorta outta site, but any outbreaks we’ve seen have moved to the upper growing side of the crown pretty quickly and very noticeably. not ruling out a pest, but to me that speaks of something internal. the interesting thing is that it stopped halfway thru the growth of that big leaf, so for something systemic i think that would be weird.

interesting. if it were us, i would probly dry it out for a quick spell and up the temps if possible. then resume normal care and continue to monitor.

I am NO expert, but similar damage on several of my orchids turned out to be insect damage. If insect damage, three rounds of "BioAdvanced 3in1", 10 days apart, will stop continuation of damage; however it will not fix the present damage. Good luck & happy growing!

I had an exactly similar issue with one of my mini phals. It started on one leaf and then kept spreading. I couldnt notice any pests either. I eventually lost the plant. I tried miticide fungicide but nothing seemed to work.
