The Phals look good, but they could probably use a little less light. One more thing to think about... Phal bellina tends to want to be warmer than most Phals. The cool temps in your house clearly aren't bothering the Phal hybrids (but they are bred to be pretty tough and forgiving) and should be fine for the Phal mannii (it comes from a range of elevations, is fairly cold-tolerant for a Phal). You might consider getting a heat mat for the P bellinas (or else turn down the AC).
