Default Dendrobium amabile virus???

Hi! I just got my dendrobium amabile in the mail, I've noticed some weird spots on the leaves. Is that some kind of virus?

That looks more like a fungal/bacterial infection to me. Like the leaves got wet, and then cold. If only on those leaves and not spreading (and if the spots aren't wet/soft) it likely will just lose those leaves and be fine. If spots are soft or show signs of spreading, treatment with a broad-spectrum fungicide may be in order. Virus is really impossible to diagnose visually, and it is usually more subtle - and requires testing to diagnose.

For what an reply at this late date is worth, tissue damage in spirals, loops, dots, and short meandering lines is more likely the result of burrowing insects. Virus is more likely to show up as spots, lines parallel to the leaf veins, rings, or concentric rings.

Whatever it is, looks like a virus to me too, I'll send it back and ask for my money. Is not a healthy plant

It's messed up either way. They shouldn't be sending you plants with virus or plants with bugs.
