Default Tiny black beetle like bugs

Hello everyone.

Recently I started to notice a lot of very small black beetle looking bugs in my potted orchids. Everytime i water some flush out but i cant seem to flush them all out at all. Anyone know if theu are harmful to orchids and need to be killed?

Look up flea Beatles and see if same. If so, they are pests and need to be controlled.

Those look like globular springtails. They are harmless: no need to worry.
