Styrofoam Pots

Does anyone know a source for them ? A friend gave me a few would be good to mail plants in . Holes are easy to add , rocks in the bottom or sit in another pot would work to keep it upright . Here is a picture of one . Thanks Gin

Thats a good idea Gin. I just use the styrofoam containers you can put food in. I just buy a bag at walmart, and they are cheap too.

I have a couple from "the old days" Gin. Not small white ones like that, but sort of 'clay pot colored' styrofoam. But I have no idea where thay came from. Haven't seen anything lately. Maybe Dorothy will do one of here super searches she's famous for?

I think these are from the good old days I asked my friend if she knew where they came from said from an older man that is now gone Gin

I find them great for growing my cymbid seedlings if I need large ones I buy them from KFC

I haven't seen the pots before and never thought of using the cups. Awesome idea!

Those styrofoam pots are a good idea. Easy to put holes in. Never seen them here in Oz.
