Default 2 questions

ok, I made a waterfall, but the flow is way too much. I used a maxi jet 600 (what I had laying around) and need to cut the flow by, oh, 75%

secondly: I am using this for lighting: Coralife Aqualight Dlx- 30" - 2 x 65 Watt Power Compact
would that be considered low, med, or high light over a distance of 2 feet?

I would consider that med high. If not high. I can't wait to see you waterfall!

Just bypass some of the out flow from the pump back to pickup.
