Thank you very much, I hope to be able to add still more orchids this year so the next spring will be big surprise for all my neighbors and doggie walkers when they bloom:-)

I think they'll be delighted. It might make the local news. Also, great way to expand your orchid growing space.

RIGHT? I do not have any palm trees, so I figure I may use our park and make it nicer and still enjoy "my orchids". So far so good, but I need to get some source of cheap orchids or some donations:-) I did buy after bloom phals, few spathoglottis in our HD, but they really do not have any great sales like Trader Joe's has (reading about $2 orchids on sale there). I did move some from my balcony there, Dendro, Vanda, but that's it for now till I'll be able to get some more:-) I just need some that do grow well mounted on the trees and outside in our Florida environment.

Ok, short update, first of all, thanks so much Kevin and Norma for some free orchids for the park. Norma's plants found the new home today, and I took few pics:-) I guess this project will be hits and misses, most of the plants are ok, but as it is expected in nature, snails or other creatures like to feed on new things, so 2 Phals has been pretty much "eaten alive"! They have still good roots, so will see if they are going to make it somehow. I am leaving this to nature. Newly added are Dendros and Epidendrums. Terrestrials are doing so far the best, blooming pretty much since the time I placed them to the park:-) I did add also one terete vanda:-)

Thanks, well, as I said, this is left to nature, I did put some coffee however around the plants, so will see. But whatever happens happens:-)
