AOS was kind enough to post the digitized article on their website...

Digitizing the article was super easy. I just typed the article while reading it again! Those of you reasonably proficient at typing should be able to type up an article in only a little less time then it takes you to read an article out loud. Then I took photos of the pictures in the article and added them to the digitized article.

AOS article that would help other orchid hobbyists (sharing is caring!) and would like to support the American Orchid Society...then I highly recommend digitizing your favorite out-of-print article and e-mailing it to the
AOS.
