I go with the lizards/geckos especially if there is nobody sitting on them to keep them warm. The hummingbirds build little nests the size of timbels and they are always around the nest. Keep us posted.

actually they look more like lizard's eggs... do they feel like gummi balls?

Lizard eggs most likely and probably from a brown or green anole which are the most common lizards you see all over central Florida. If I stack clay pots together on my patio for any length of time, I get a bunch of these eggs. They don't seem to care for plastic pots. It's amazing how big some of the eggs seem compared to the size of the typical lizard.

Great reptiles to have around as they eat lots of bugs. Not so great when I have to bring plants in the house for tropical storms or freezes, then contend with lizards running around the house - not to mention the occasional tree frog.

I am pretty sure those are gecko eggs. I see lots of those around, too.

You've got one little lazy birdy who found an already-made nest. That is so curious and hysterical!

First a thread on frogs invading central Florida and now, this!!!

Frogs don't lay eggs, do they?

Gecko.....house type. More important, your chid needs repotting. It looks too wet.

I KNOW!! I KNOW!! I KNOW!! (jumping up and down from the back of the room)

Those are just little lizard eggs. Cute ain't they? I see them all the time, my yard is full of lizards. My dogs are always on lizard patrol. I love the lizards as they must be what keeps guarding my precious 'chids from bugs/harm. I have a couple of lizard families that live around my outside orchid house.
As Martha would say -- Its a good thing!
(Which btw, what happened to Martha.. they took her off the air??? go figure)

They are lizard/gecko eggs. I get them all the time here in New Port Richey. They are harmless to your plants and increase your lizard population - which eats bugs! Greg
