Well if your planning to be out there all day I would get a camel back with a 100 oz. bladder with drink tube, like mountain bikers use. hands free and you can freeze the entire bladder. If you want more water Platypus has a 3 liter one.
Check out this site camp mor I get from them alot.

Do you have any wild Calypso orchids near you in Michigan?
Justin, no Calypso near me, but further North up by the big bridge there are lots. Nearby we have Pink and Yellow Slippers as well as the giant Showy Ladyslipper. We also have several spp of Lady-tresses, Grass Pink, etc.

I had blood pressure medication issues when out with Dave in April. That has since been resolved and another trip would be easier, but I am not in any kind of physical shape to do what you guys do every day or week. Please keep posting as I can now relate to what you go through to get such fine images.

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

Seeing that Vanilla vine in the fist pic is just amazing. I only recently realised that Vanillia is an Orchid and then I saw a very small one growing at the botanical gardens. That one in your pick is stunning.
