Default I've counted over 100 Ghost Orchids

I believe I owe my Fanatic orchid family one of my goals in fakahatchee strand is that, I've reached a milestone I have counted over 100 ghost's I started last April 15th 2008 and I give this glory to GOD, I will post pictures of last trips and I also give credit to lots of friends and helpers,,,,THANKS mike

I remember, I was at work and started counting by area's. When I finished I had 98, not counting any baby Ghost's, I believe there's about 25 babysSo the search went on then my sister found 2 more and I found another there it was 101 Dendrophylax's OK since then not many more, maybe 5 total. Its been hard especially when alone on these trips, lots of the time I just sit and admire the beauty of this Majestic Cathedral this place untouched by humans still left alone as if time has stood still since the day GOD created it anyways let me put up some pictures thanks everybody,,Thanks to my good friend flhiker for all his valuable help you've been a great help..

He're are a few pics, ENJOY, mike. The 1st ghost searcher looking up is my wife, the 2nd my sister the owl I think its just freakin out looking at me as I swamp tromp around, the last Orchid is called a Ribbon they sure are pretty.

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

Man I love the Owl shot. These Barn Owl don't seem to spook so easily.

I love the pictures, keep them coming. I'm curious as to how someone could get seed to propagate, as I have seen this protected orchid for sale.I am not experianced enough to grow this wonder
