Default Wild Orchids

Hi,

I finally found some pictures of wild orchids that I found last summer while climbing the Fockenstein in the German Alps. Thanks to Camille1585. Earlier I posted a picture that she correctly identified as NOT being an orchid at all. In a PM, Camille1585 identified these ones as follows:

Quote:
Hi Gehentogo,
Yes, you are right, those are wild orchids. The first one looks like Orchis mascula which is very common (at least in my area of france!) The second and third ones I am less sure about since I am not familiar with which orchids grow near you. But if these were growing here, I would say it is highly possible for the second one to be Dactylorhiza fuchsii.
As for the last one, I think it is Dactylorhiza maculata.
Thanks, Camille1585,

Nice pics. Thanks for sharing them with us. Always good to see some wild orchids. They are beautiful.
