Default Eria retusa (Probably)

I was walking around in a park thing and I found this on a tree. Altitude ~900 meters above sea level. I think it is an Eria retusa. It seems to have finished blooming and is now making seeds.

Here's a seedling that I assume is the same species.

I took a dried stalk and a piece from the tree to see if I can grow the seeds.
