Platanthera something Male
Default Platanthera something

Found a fair handful of Platanthera a few days back, can't tell whether it's P. bifolia or chlorantha.
Cute either way, and smells fabulous.

I really hope they can live on undisturbed, but I doubt it: they grow at the edge of the track here, and it's a rather crowded area.

Come to Linköping, give me a call when you get here.
These are at the running track, not central perhaps, but it's not in the outskirts either.
We also have Kärna Mosse, a bog with Urticularia, Drosera and a fair handful of Dactylorhiza (a few species, mostly maculata), Ophrys and a few specimens of Cypripedium calceolus.

The plants have been identified as Platanthera chlorantha by another local orchidist.
