Default Northern Slender Ladies'-tresses
I was wandering around in the Northwestern part of New York (Jefferson County), and found this orchid growing along the path. Almost stepped on it. Someone saw it first and pointed it out to me.
I hope the ID is right.

I can tell you it looks like a Spiranthes but can't confirm your ID more than that.
