Default Prosthechea cochleata "alba"

While doing a hike in the Fakahatchee today, we finally found a Prosthechea cochleata "alba" in the wild. Rare as hen's teeth. It's been hours since I seen it and I still have a smile on my face.

I like that touch of black, it's almost a Semi-alba.
So is it a var triandra, being in Florida?

It's just the rarity of it. you can purchase these but to see one in it's natural habitat is a treat. The color you see is more of a burgundy which is the color of the common species
