Default Piperia transversa
I posted a similar native species a couple days ago. Here are both of them for comparison:

Piperia transversa, the Flat-spurred Piperia


Piperia elongata, the Long-spurred Piperia

They are wonderful, I think like Sonya though I slightly prefer the ones with longer spurs. I love that your pic shows the cobwebs on them, really out in the wild

Native orchids have become almost more of an obsession with us than the orchids I grow.
