I've never been to Washington state. I've been to Oregon and it's absolutely beautiful there. I stayed in Astoria, Oregon for about 2 weeks. Even though it rained the whole time we were there, it was a good visit. The sun did come out when we were leaving though!

That's always the chance you take when you come to the Pacific Northwest - rain, rain and more rain, and we have had a very wet and rainy spring this year. It's raining now in fact.
