Default Cattleya Pole-Star x Laelia anceps

This is just so cute. I bought it last fall in bloom, and it is already blooming again. The first picture is of the flowers that it had when I bought it, and the other pictures are of the current flowers. You can see that there's a significant difference in color. The red coloration is much darker this time. I looked it up on the RHS website, but this hybrid does not appear to be registered (or at least it wasn't when I bought it. I haven't checked again recently). I love it so much.

All the flowers are open now. There are six on two spikes. The spike toward the front was a week or so behind the one in the back, and you can see how the color has matured as the flowers age, and the slightly older ones have more of an orange flare on the petals, while the newer ones are redder. I just love this plant.
