Hello everyone! About a year and a half I bought 4 babies catts and put them in baskets with bark, hanging on trees, had to water them every 2 days because of the high temperatures. These days gave me the surprise of taking flowers, this one came out of a sheath; another one carries a spike of 5 flowers that I do not know how they will be, it's bifoliar, the third one is taking empty sheaths, it already takes like three, is this normal? . And the last one seems to still lack time because it is not as developed as the others. Anyway, I feel very happy for how well they do it in the trees.

Some Cattleyas don't start buds in the sheaths for quite a while, sometimes even after the sheaths have turned brown and dry - just depends on the species or hybrid.

Hello everyone, I wanted to inform you that thanks to God, the cyclone did not cause me great damage, only the greenhouse was destroyed but it was not very valuable, I am trying to find one on the internet because the one I had, I had bought it in Big Lots and now they do not have, regards.
